Consent Declaration

I hereby authorize ScoreCare to obtain, access, retrieve, and analyze my credit information from authorized credit bureaus and service providers for the purpose of generating credit reports, score analysis, personalized recommendations, and related financial insights.

I understand that this consent remains valid until revoked by me through the methods provided by ScoreCare. I confirm that the information provided by me is accurate and that I have the authority to provide this consent.

The users are required by SCORECARE to provide consent to collection and use of information as mentioned in the Terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy of this Agreement. In the event, the users want to terminate the agreement or withdraw consent to collection of information, they shall do so in writing by filling out the Consent withdrawal form and following the Instructions mentioned thereunder. Upon withdrawal of consent by the user, SCORECARE is not obligated to continue providing the services agreed under the Agreement.
