Your credit report summarises credit information reported by lenders. Reviewing it can help you spot unfamiliar accounts, incorrect personal details, or payment information that needs checking.
Get the report from CRIF
- Open CRIF High Mark's official consumer credit-score page or consumer portal.
- Follow the identity-verification steps shown there. Use the bureau's official site and never share an OTP with another person.
- Save the report securely and note its date and reference number.
RBI information states that an individual with a credit history can obtain one free full credit report from each credit information company once per calendar year. Access and verification steps are controlled by the bureau and can change, so check the official page for current instructions.
What to review
- Your name and other identifying details.
- Accounts, balances, and account status.
- Payment history and enquiries you recognise.
If something appears inaccurate, gather supporting records and raise it with the lender or bureau through its official dispute channel. A request for correction is not a guarantee that the information will change; the data provider must verify it.
